Victor is helping Beta and its clients drive growth through the development of sharp new analytics that make research findings more actionable than ever before. His role is critical as other communication channels proliferate and complicate organizations' efforts to connect effectively with their internal and external clients.
As a senior market research practitioner, Victor specializes in understanding different types of consumer and employee behavior. He relishes finding ways to answer such fundamental questions as what people really think about a particular product or service, how they behave when confronted with specific choices, why they make the selections they do and how they rationalize their decisions. Victor also helps Beta's clients select the most appropriate research methodologies for their particular situations, manage their research projects from beginning to end and interpret the findings with precise focus.
Over the years, Victor's work experience has included marketing and strategy positions at several industry leading advertising agencies and research firms. He has conducted extensive work in government, healthcare, banking, insurance, technology, education and logistics.
In these positions, he worked on issues integral to today's multifaceted marketing and communications environment. Studies included user experience, voice-of-the consumer, customer and employee satisfaction and syndicated research.
Victor holds a B.A. with honors in political science from the University of Chicago. He also holds a M.A. in politics and statistics from Princeton University. In his free time, Victor enjoys creative writing, bicycling and travelling. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and author, Lyn.
