Research is creative problem-solving. Our primary job is to understand what clients are trying to obtain and show them the various ways they can do it.
Gail is frequently the clients' initial point of contact with Beta. In that critical role, she is responsible for helping them weigh all the variables that go into a research project. This starts with a carefully honed project objective – the specific problem, issue or opportunity with which the client is grappling. After taking time frames and budget into account, Gail then recommends various methodologies that will be effective in achieving the objective.
Working with Gail, clients find that they have a straight-shooting advocate who also takes the time to educate them. In the process, she enjoys learning new things as well. Gail likes to describe herself as a nontraditional researcher, mastering new approaches to research and striving to understand the most essential and unpredictable element in any research project - people and their reactions.
Prior to joining Beta, Gail worked in sales for a number of local print publications. In her initial role at Beta, Gail worked alongside founder Jerry Kossoff in calling clients and prospects.
Gail's favorite leisure time activities include spending time with her family – especially her first grandchild – reading pulp fiction and making quilts for family and friends.
